Conventional Wisdom?

Ran into a great statement today about GOOG’s recent secondary offering:
In a Reuters article about GOOG topping $400 again, Eric Auchard quotes Hoefer & Arnet analyst Martin Pyykkonen:
"Google would have to be suicidal to price a deal at the end of the quarter and have any doubts about the results for the quarter," Pyykkonen said.
Hmmm.  Guess we’ll find out whether conventional wisdom is starting to apply to GOOG.
