… all because of lotto fever!
The best part: Every single person absolutely, positively KNOWS they will be the one to WIN.
Ultimately we are a nation of optimists.

P.S. I love all the great stats… about it being more probable that someone will date a Martian and live forever before winning this lotto…
… but I think the most shocking stat was this: How long does it take the federal gov’t to spend $540m? (Asked before the lotto went up to $640m.)
